Job Expectations
- nbn is seeking to attract more women and first nation people to join our ACCOM award winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program, to promote the right capability and to increase the gender diversity of our operations teams, for the benefit of our workforce, customers, and communities.

Our Field Service teams are nbn's professional, trusted, and essential customer facing workforce. Our Trainee Customer Field Technicians are an integral part of these teams, and learn, develop, and build skills as they turn their passion into practice every day. Contributing to something important and lasting, a network that spans our country, bringing unlimited possibilities to Australian homes and businesses.

As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:
- Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet-
- Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements-
- Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship-
- Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field TechnicianYou will be rewarded with:

A passion for customer service and, an appetite for working independently and at pace will set you up for even more success. We'll support you with developing your skills and will provide the training and guidance you need on the job in a safe, supportive, and flexible environment while you get paid.
