Emmaus Catholic College in Kemps Creek are seeking a PDHPE Teacher on a temporary full-time basis until the end of 2026. This role is replacing an employee on parental leave with the potential to extend.
We are open to applications from early careers teachers or pre-service teachers still studying in university.
Key Responsibilities
A qualified teacher with NESA accreditation.
Displays initiative and passion, actively collaborating with and supporting fellow staff members to promote inclusive learning and participation.
Demonstrates the ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and maximise their learning outcomes under a strong belief that all students can achieve.
Possesses extensive pedagogical knowledge and understands the learning process for the relevant subject areas.
Works collaboratively with students, teachers, and families on the Personalised Planning process.
Exhibits a commitment to continuously improve their teaching practice and actively engage in personal professional development opportunities.
Effective pedagogical skills in literacy and/or numeracy small group intervention
Has the ability to motivate students, fostering a lifelong love for learning and supporting their achievements.
