**Carpet Cleaning Technician - Contractor**

We provide flexible employment or contracting payments depending on the right applicants' situations, for employment-based, we pay more than the award rate plus a performance-based bonus; for contracting, depending on experience/skills, the rate is performance-based, better than the market average.

**Salary and Benefits**:
- Above Award rate plus Super and Legal Entitlements.
- Available for SUB-CONTRACTORS ONLY.
- Performance bonuses and commissions are paid on a weekly basis if you try to upsell and promote other products and services.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Willing to work and keep learning in this industry.
- Willing to do SALES.
- Have a current open driver's license.
- Demonstrate robust communication skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Carpet, upholstery cleaning, domestic and commercial cleaning
- Experience in pest control and flood restoration is a plus!
- A pest control license will be a huge advantage.
- Positively recommending additional products and services to customers.
- Customer Service.
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
