Learning and Development Manager Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development professional to join our organization as a key member of the Human Resources department. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that drive employee engagement and increase employee development initiatives.
* Lead and oversee the learning and development function, ensuring quality delivery of focused training incentives.
* Design engaging, relevant, and challenging training materials that will drive employee buy-in and increase employee development initiatives.
* Build and implement capability frameworks aligned to organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
* Improve workforce skills, knowledge, and productivity through targeted upskilling and career development initiatives.
* Design and implement practical competency testing for specialized equipment operations.
* Establish minimum achievement levels for each training area and drive a minimum pass rate of 90% average for all participant trainees.
* Establish and maintain an induction and onboarding program that supports employee retention and rapid role readiness.
* Create leadership and technical development pathways to build future workforce capability.
* Implement systems to track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and return on investment.
