Our Corporate & Investment Bank's Corporate Finance division offers a comprehensive range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporations, financial institutions, governments, and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
* Support origination and execution of IB business, with a focus on financial institutions
* Conduct due diligence on clients and markets
* Manage deal documentation and internal approvals
* Assist in marketing efforts, including preparing client presentations and pitches
* Handle client queries related to deal execution
* Participate in client meetings and pitches
Your skills and experience:
* Experience in Banking and Financial Services, especially in Corporate Finance
* Minimum 7 years for Vice President; 3 years for Associate
* Strong quantitative skills, financial modeling, and valuation expertise
* Detail-oriented with commercial acumen
* Motivated, self-driven, capable of multitasking
* Initiative-taking and critical thinking skills
* Effective communication skills
