As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and turning prospects into long-term partnerships. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor solutions that meet client needs, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to our growth goals. Job Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel company growth and consistently exceed sales targets. * Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor service offerings that align with client needs. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to foster trust and repeat business. * Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure win-win agreements and maximise business value. * Monitor market trends and track sales performance, adjusting strategies proactively to stay ahead of the curve.
