**About the Role**
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated people leader who is passionate about building business networks throughout the Sunshine Coast and providing the highest levels of service to their Members.
As a Local Manager in our Maleny branch, you will be the face of the organisation in your community. You'll be responsible for managing the operations of our branch, supporting our staff and ensuring Queensland Country is recognised as a significant contributor to the local economy. You'll be passionate about building genuine relationships with your staff and Members and committed to ensuring the organisation delivers on its purpose of helping Members live better lives through better finances.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
- Demonstrated business development skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management skills and conflict resolution
- Mortgage & personal lending experience
- A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community Previous Branch Manager experience (desirable)
