Job Title: Site Operation Lead
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.
1. Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of staff and service providers to complete assigned tasks.
3. Promote a culture of safety and zero harm throughout the site.
4. IDentify task hazards, assess risks, and implement control strategies.
5. Minimise LTI's, HEI's, and environmental incidents.
6. Meet or exceed operational availability of 99% at Yarranlea Solar Farm.
7. Complete inspections and testing as scheduled.
8. Identify condition-based maintenance needs, obtain approvals, schedule, and complete work.
9. Collaborate with other technical staff to resolve solar plant performance gaps promptly.
10. Manage site resources effectively to meet business needs.
11. Ensure all work (labour and materials) is properly accounted for by service providers.
12. Check invoicing promptly and minimize work in progress.
13. Schedule, approve, and execute tasks to meet or exceed performance guarantees.
14. Manage spares inventory, ensuring replenishment after use.
15. Improve contract management processes and work quality standards.
16. Monitor and control resource requirements to meet business needs.
17. Identify skill gaps and recommend training or recruitment.
18. Contribute to the development of Risen.
19. Manage CMMS system for job tracking and asset maintenance planning.
20. Prioritize, schedule, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
21. Create asset maintenance plans in CMMS.
22. Enter OA requests and track funds in procurement systems.
23. Schedule preventive maintenance and support floor activities as needed.
24. Provide training on CMMS utilization.
25. Interact with network roles to share best practices and optimize parts storage.
Requirements:
HV Qualification/Electrical Licenses/Electrical Contractor Licenses.
