Inventory Control Specialist

* This is a key role in ensuring global inventory levels are optimised to meet demand across retail boutiques, wholesale partners, and e-commerce platforms.
* You'll play a critical part in supporting the supply chain, forecasting trends, and maintaining accuracy across multiple markets.
About the Role:

1. Manage end-to-end inventory processes across global warehouses and retail locations.
2. Oversee stock replenishment, transfers, and allocations to ensure optimal availability.
3. Collaborate with production, sales, and dispatch teams to forecast demand and reduce overstock/stockouts.
* Minimum 2 year's experience in an inventory management position.
* Leadership experience at a Manager or Supervisory level.
* Experience in Dispatch environment (desirable).
* Experience in managing multi-location or international inventory (desirable).
* Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.
* Experience with industry recognised business systems, NetSuite, SAP or similar.
* Comfortable in working independently on tasks as well as contributing to team activities and meetings.
* Be able to lead a team to meet deadlines and behave to organisational values.
* Follow instructions and work with a sense of safety and reliability.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* A professional approach to their work, ability to organise themselves and their work area and exceptional time management skills.
* Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, organisational and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Current Australian Driver's License.
* Reliable and strong work ethic.
