Job Summary

This multifaceted position combines bookkeeping with administrative support to deliver high-quality lighting solutions to commercial projects.

* Reconcile day-to-day accounting transactions.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, credit control, and payment allocation.
* Process payroll and related tasks.
* Reconcile, prepare, and lodge business activity statements (BAS) and instalment activity statements (IAS).
* Consult with an external accountant for annual accounts and tax queries.
* Provide customer service, including client communication and support.
* Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.

This role requires a highly organized individual who can maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a team environment.
