About the Role
We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Porte Ameritaux.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
As a Porte Ameritaux, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for them during their stay with us.
You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting guests with luggage, organizing transportation, valet parking, and fulfilling a variety of other needs that our guests may have.
In addition, you will stay one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations to enhance their stay.
Other ad-hoc duties may also be required to assist the front office team in fulfilling guest needs.
* A valid driver's license (manual preferred)
* The ability to lift, pull, and push large objects up to 23kg
* Excellent communication skills - being easy to talk to and approachable
* Strong problem-solving skills - turning issues into opportunities
* Literacy and tech-savviness - a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills
