HRIS Systems Lead Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of our HR Information System (HRIS) platform.
About the Role:
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors, from configuration and testing to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
* Support the rollout of Employee Central Core, Recruitment & Onboarding modules, and ensure seamless integration with Finance and IT systems.
* Develop and deliver training guides, workshops, and system documentation to enhance user experience and knowledge.
* Oversee system releases, recommending changes and managing pre- and post-launch testing to ensure minimal disruption.
* Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into people metrics and compliance.
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR Systems and Reporting role, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and formulas.
* Ability to work collaboratively across Finance, IT, and HR teams, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; specific qualifications outlined in the Position Description under 'Key Selection Criteria.'
