Program Officer
We are seeking a passionate and motivated professional to coordinate and deliver high-quality community-based sports activities efficiently and on time in the Midwest region of Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate community-based sports activities with precision and punctuality.
* Assist with event coordination across the region, ensuring seamless execution.
* Promote programs and events within local communities, raising awareness and encouraging participation.
* Maintain accurate records, track participant details, and collect feedback to measure program success.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with community members.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in program delivery or community engagement is desirable.
* A passion for working with youth and positively impacting regional communities.
This fixed-term position (12 months) requires full-time hours. All roles require proof of the right to work in Australia, WWC, and NPC as a condition of employment.
