The Graduate Program is a two-year program designed to provide experience, supervision, mentoring, and training to help you contribute meaningfully to our organization, shape your career path, and solve important problems.

Requirements
We seek a personable individual with:
* A Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Aerospace/Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)
* Australian Citizenship and current AGSVA clearance (or ability to obtain security clearance)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team-oriented, can-do attitude
