About The Role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical team (Ward 7) on a part-time basis (a rotating roster). This is an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set and be mentored by a dedicated team of Registered and Senior Nurses.

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, evidence‐based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (direct or indirect) of the RN.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Act as a role model for safe practice.
* Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy.
* Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development.
Essential Criteria
* Current Registration with AHPRA.
* Minimum 1-year acute experience (essential).
* Med and IV endorsement.
* Commitment to quality patient care.
* Compliance with ACSQHC national standards.
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Works well independently and within a team.
