The Role
Drive strategic workforce initiatives across the organisation
Collaborate with executive stakeholders on talent planning and organisational evolution
Design and implement adaptable HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
Maintain comprehensive compliance with Fair Work regulations, modern awards, and Australian workplace law
Spearhead workplace health and safety initiatives and programs
Establish systems that enable compliant, sustainable, and culture-driven growth
Foster an environment of inclusion and excellence throughout all business units
Manage performance frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs
Direct comprehensive talent acquisition strategy from planning through execution
Deploy technology solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Work closely with department leaders on successful integration and development of new team members
About You
5-7 years' experience
Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and industrial instruments
Substantial expertise in workplace health and safety frameworks and rollout
Background in emerging or accelerated-growth businesses with evolving infrastructure
Outstanding analytical thinking and relationship management capabilities
