Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Financial Performance team and provide strategic financial guidance and oversight across all divisions.
* Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
* Partner across finance and other portfolios to provide high-quality financial advice and analysis.
* Manage the financial planning and analysis processes, including funding management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management reporting.
* Contribute to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service through leadership and expertise.
