This role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent skills in designing and delivering engaging Social Media Marketing campaigns promoting organisational products and services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience managing and maintaining websites, including publishing and updating content related to programs, appeals, events, and impact reports.
* Publishing and updating content, including program information, appeals, events, and impact reports.
* Managing domains, hosting, email integrations, and SSL certificates to ensure a seamless user experience.
* Supporting fundraising campaigns, event registrations and management, and volunteer sign-ups through web platforms.
* Tracking website analytics, including preparation of monthly website and app reporting, donor engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
About You
A highly skilled individual with advanced proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. You should also possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.
We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with the tech team, and maintain document libraries, annual reports, and compliance disclosures online.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to ensure brand consistency across web pages and digital content, support integration with CRM, accounting, and donor management systems, and communicate effectively with marketing, events, and donor management teams.
