Invisible Support is seeking reliable, detail-focused Routine Service Workers to provide high‑quality in‑home cleaning and organisation for vulnerable community members. This role goes beyond basic cleaning. It’s about structure, dignity, and consistent support.About the Role
* In‑home cleaning: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces
* Home organisation: decluttering, systems, household resets
* Following Invisible Supports Cleaning Standards
* Respecting participant routines, boundaries, and preferences
* Completing digital checklists + photo verification
* Reporting hazards or concerns
What We’re Looking For
* Empathy and respect for vulnerable people
* Strong attention to detail
* Willingness to follow systems — no shortcuts
* Reliability, consistency, and professionalism
If you prefer to “wing it,” this role won’t be suitable.
Requirements:
* Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
* Smartphone for checklists and communication
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
