Role Overview As Lending Manager, you will be a key contributor within the Lending Solutions team, supporting members with expert lending guidance and managing the end‑to‑end process for complex credit applications. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, People & Culture and Risk while providing proactive, high‑quality service. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end management of complex credit applications across multiple channels Build strong, long‑term relationships with members through proactive communication Conduct advanced financial assessments and provide tailored borrowing capacity insights Complete detailed needs analyses ensuring compliance and suitability Apply strong credit analysis including verification of income, expenditure and serviceability Prepare well‑substantiated and compliant loan submissions Support members through complex loan documentation and queries Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned to member needs Maintain secure document management and audit‑ready files Achieve KPIs, SLAs and contribute to team goals and organisational strategy Stay current on credit updates, market trends and regulatory standards Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and strong ethical lending behaviours Skills & Experience Minimum two years’ lending experience FSR Tier 2 RG146 accreditation Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Skilled in secondary sales and identifying member opportunities Strong communication and relationship‑building skills High motivation and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences Ability to contribute to a high‑performance culture and lead by example Understanding of risk management, compliance expectations and responsible lending obligations What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Member‑focused work with real impact Supportive, collaborative working environment Strong focus on professional development and ongoing training Inclusive team culture with a commitment to ethical lending and member wellbeing Click APPLY or contact Kim Truong – kim.truong@profusiongroup.com.
