Accounts Administration Officer
(Part-Time)

Remuneration: $48,159.07 per annum

About the Opportunity:We are offering an opportunity for a reliable, organised, and experienced Accounts Administration Officer to join our team. This is a key administrative role supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day financial administrative operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, data entry, accurate coding and preparation of regular payment runs.
* Create, process, and manage work orders for repairs and maintenance across managed properties.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow-up, and escalation where required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Aboriginality and demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal cultural beliefs.
* A minimum of two (2) years' experience in accounts payable and receivable.
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office Suit.
* Previous experience using accounting software, specifically Xero.
* Working with Children and National Criminal Record Check, or the ability to obtain.
* Current driver's licence.
