Trade Specialist Role
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to advance their career. You will be responsible for providing the best experience for our trade customers, developing skills in relationship building, inventory management, and logistics.
As a Trade Specialist, you will handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more. This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays to provide excellent service to our customers.
We offer an adult pay rate of $29.84 per hour for this role. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service and support to trade customers
* Managing customer relationships and quoting systems
* Generating future sales leads and maintaining relationships within your local area and local organizations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer service and administrative-based role
* Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems, including emails, quoting, and CRM software
* Detail-oriented approach and professional attitude
* Confidence to communicate effectively with customers
* Genuine interest in trade products and eagerness to learn more about products and services
