Overview

Outstanding new opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to support ACU's critical Wage Compliance Program. Work with a dynamic, collaborative team delivering wage compliance management and remediation services. ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions. Full time, fixed term 6 month opportunity with hybrid flexibility working at North Sydney or Brisbane campus.

About the Role

Operating within the People & Capability Directorate, the Project Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Wage Compliance Program team to enable the timely and effective delivery of remediation activities. The position contributes to the accurate management of correspondence, validation, verification and maintenance of identification and related documentation provided by impacted ACU staff as part of remediation processes. Supporting the integrity, privacy and compliance requirements of the program the role is tasked with proactively checking documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintaining records and facilitating timely, professional correspondence. The Project Support Assistant will play an important part in supporting accountability and service excellence by assisting with the management of wage compliance, remediation enquiries and ensuring matters are addressed efficiently and in accordance with requirements.

* Total remuneration valued to $91,228 - $98,686 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $77,089 - $83,391 (pro rata) pa (HEW 4), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
