Autobody Prestige is searching for a professional, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Maribyrnong as a full-time Office Receptionist. As local leaders in vehicle smash repairs, we are passionately committed to providing exceptional service.
The Opportunity
As a receptionist and admin, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills to provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our workshop, with tasks including but not limited to:
* General customer service and administrative duties, payment processing, data entry, and assisting our team with in-person and telephone responsibilities.
* Responding to email and web enquiries from customers, insurers, companies, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
* Processing estimates to source quotes from suppliers, repairers, and other vendors for review.
* Upload/submit reviewed estimates into applicable insurance industry systems.
