Part-Time Financial Operations Manager
The role of Part-Time Financial Operations Manager involves providing financial support to a growing real estate agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in finance or accounting to join our team and contribute to the success of the company.
About the Role
This part-time position offers 22.5 hours per week, with potential to grow into a full-time role as the business expands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trust accounts, overseeing accounts receivable/payable, and performing basic accounting tasks using Xero for five companies.
* Bank reconciliation
* Credit card reconciliation
* Timely lodgement of BAS and IAS
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably with a qualification in accounting, commerce, or a related field. They should also have proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
