Overview
Work with one of the leaders in commercial property management as their Facilities Coordinator based in the ACT.
Excellent salary package on offer.
5 days a week on site and with a strong team as support.
Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain base line clearance.
About the Role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the client's facilities. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
The Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational and maintenance requirements of the facilities
* Coordinate with management and subcontractors to report technical issues and assist with fault diagnosis and resolution
* Undertake administrative duties, including supporting meetings, events, and managing mail services
* Log and track maintenance requests, planned preventative maintenance, and expenditure through relevant systems
* Coordinate and manage contractors, including CBRE and client-appointed vendors
* Ensure compliance with WHSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Assist with facilities-related project works as required
* Manage meeting room setups, resets, and post-meeting pack-downs
About You
* Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Sound administrative and systems skills
* Knowledge of WHSE practices and compliance requirements
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Due to the nature of this role, only Australian Citizens will be considered; those on visas, or awaiting citizenship will not be eligible. Base line clearance is a necessity of this role.
