Join Stockland in shaping vibrant communities and delivering exceptional residential projects. We're looking for a Development Manager to lead the delivery of Stockland Nara – a major medium-density all electric community.
A dynamic Development Manager with strong experience in development trading, marketing, and sales, backed by a solid understanding of construction delivery. You'll work closely with our internal project management team and builder partners to drive construction progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality homes for our customers.
What You'll Do
* Lead the delivery of Stockland Nara's balance of 206 townhomes, ensuring projects meet profitability and cash flow benchmarks.
* Manage all aspects of project delivery – approvals, design, construction, marketing, and sales – in line with Stockland's Development process.
* Drive sales performance in collaboration with Stockland's internal team and customer experience, ensuring smooth settlements and strong community engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government authorities, consultants, and builder partners.
* Oversee current construction delivery and subsequent stages commencing in early 2026, ensuring builder readiness and quality outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in property development ideally managing a trading residential project
* Experience in overseeing project feasibility and cashflow management.
* Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver successful outcomes.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in marketing and sales strategy.
* Knowledge of planning approvals, design, and construction processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
