Receptionist Role
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our club.
This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and interacting with members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply and enforce policies regarding member requirements
* Accept payments for memberships, functions, and ticket sales
* Reconcile daily POS sales
* Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries
* Record bus bookings and manage membership enquiries
* Redirect calls to appropriate departments
* Maintain and update the membership system
* Monitor and respond to emails
* Assist in maintaining the club website
* Coordinate advertising
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reconciliation
* Familiarity with membership systems
* Basic website and email management skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
