A prominent global law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Executive to join its Legal Operations Support team in Perth. This is a 12-month contract role offering a dynamic, collaborative environment and the flexibility of hybrid working.
About the Role
As a Practice Executive, you will provide high-level, proactive business support to a portfolio of Partners. You'll play a key role in ensuring their practices run smoothly by anticipating needs and leveraging the right resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively manage complex schedules, travel bookings, and resource coordination.
* Financial Administration: Track and coordinate work-in-progress and billing activities in collaboration with Partners and Associates.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise all aspects of meetings, including room bookings, invitations, resources, and catering.
* Inbox Management: Monitor and manage inboxes with initiative and discretion.
* Client Engagement: Attend client meetings when required, taking notes and following up on action items to support strong client relationships.
About You
You're a confident and capable professional with:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary in a law firm (essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
