* The role involves driving the use of a Corporate CRM system, ensuring accurate data on customer communications, sales opportunities, and pipelines.

* New account generation where STERIS may not have a presence will be achieved through high sales activity and customer engagement.

* Cultivation and achievement of maximal revenue through existing accounts will be executed through ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation, and sales processes.

* Maintaining a thorough understanding of customer objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes is crucial for forming long-term mutually beneficial customer partnerships.

* Responding to customer inquiries and needs related to the assigned product portfolio will be a key responsibility.

* Travel will be required as necessary to optimize portfolio exposure within a specific geographic territory.

* Attendance at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars will be expected.

* Accurate maintenance of customer account records, customer database, and sales pipeline will be ensured within the Corporate CRM system.

* A developed and implemented territory business plan will be completed in collaboration with the National Sales Manager, along with timely reporting.

* Ongoing market and product research will be facilitated to provide feedback that enhances the assigned product portfolio offering.

* Participation in annual sales forecasting, business plan development, and revenue increase mechanisms with the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales will be expected.

* Effective interaction with other departments to ensure proper handling of customer requirements will be essential.

* Troubleshooting and evaluating all product reliability issues in the assigned territory will be critical.
