* Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries while driving business results.
* Oversee rostering and scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery at all times.
* Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the reception, café, and retail areas.

A proven leader in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills. Someone who thrives in goal-driven environments, is a natural problem-solver, shows initiative, reliability, and passion for health & fitness. Professional, proactive, and eager to grow into bigger opportunities. Tech-savvy, First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to attain), flexible with shifts, and fully compliant with work rights.
