We currently have an opportunity for a:
Graduate Occupational Therapist (Full Time) - Kickstart your career with structured mentorship, diverse caseloads, and strong professional support.
Location: Bathurst (servicing Central West NSW)
Areas of Practice: Private Clients, Aged Care, NDIS, Medicare, Lifetime Care and Support, Department of Veterans Affairs and more.
About You: You're motivated, caring, and eager to grow as a clinician. You're a recent graduate, who thrives in a supportive environment and you're excited to build your skills across diverse practice areas in regional NSW.
What You'll Do:
* Conduct client-centred assessments and interventions
* Prepare clinical documentation and NDIS/iCare reports
* Recommend and justify assistive technology and equipment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and carers
* Travel locally, and potentially across the Central West, to provide services in clients' homes and our communities
* Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Role Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy + eligibility for AHPRA registration
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Passion for client independence and wellbeing
* Current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle
