The Role
As the Hotel Manager overseeing venue operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, driving revenue, managing costs, and leading a diverse team. This is a hands-on leadership role involving fast-paced service and mentoring of employees. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, compliance, staffing, front of house monitoring, and monitoring of restaurant activities.
Preferred skills and experience
* Previous experience in a hospitality management role
* Able to understand and manage rostering, stock, and cost control
* Able to consistently and clearly communicate with staff, customers and employers
* Excellent leadership skills in delivering satisfactory customer experiences
* Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and OH&S requirements. Also the candidate needs to be able to ensure that these requirements are met.
