**Woods & Co Recruitment **have partnered up with a well-established Photo & Design studio, who work across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The business' Sydney office (located in Stanmore) offers wedding photography and video services and comprises of a team of highly creative and talented employees. The business prides themselves on offering a high attention to detail and dedication to their work and clients.
**What's in it for you?**
- $65,000 + super + commission | OTE $80,000 - $100,000
- Stanmore location
- 11am - 6pm, 5-6 days per week, full-time
- September 15th start
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and industry related expos
- 2 weeks, all expenses & full-time salary paid training in Brisbane
**What do you do?**
- Data entry
- Liaise with Account Managers and Assistant Studio Manager to book wedding consultation appointments and secure bookings
- Present packages to client, walk throughs of the studio, and upsell where possible
- Liaise with Head Office and resolve client issues
- Liaise with both internal and external contractors
- Conduct basic recruitment duties | (Interviews, exit interviews, progress management)
- Complete staff timesheets and submit to Accounts Department
**What do you need?**
- Experience in Sales, Administration and Customer Service
- Tertiary qualified
- Ability to speak Mandarin highly favourable
- Proven leadership qualities
- Very motivated, adaptable individual with an interest in sales
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Ability to undergo 2-week, all expenses paid training in Brisbane
