Boilermaker
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a well established rail maintenance and fabrication workshop based in Wollongong. This is a day shift role with an immediate start available.
About the role
* Workshop based boilermaking and fabrication duties
* MIG welding as a core requirement
* Fabrication and maintenance of rail machinery components
* Reading drawings and completing jobs to specification
* Working independently and as part of a small workshop team
Skills and experience
* Trade qualification preferred but not essential
* Strong MIG welding experience required
* Backgrounds considered include Boilermaker, Sheet Metal Tradesperson or 2nd Class Welder
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Reliable, safety focused and able to work to deadlines
