Role Overview
The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a full-time position based at Rockingham, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In This Role You Will
Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment, ensuring to Never Walk Past.
Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers.
Assist in day-to-day activities within the warehouse and store.
Manage stock movements and maintain inventory.
Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
Unload inbound orders of stock.
Serve customers in the warehouse portion of the store, e.g., loading customer vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
Ensure documentation, labelling, and presentation of product is adhered to.
Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
A forklift licence is required to perform duties within the warehouse.
