We're now seeking a Lead Business Improvement professional to play a pivotal role in improving how Council works and how our community experiences our services.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning insight into action.
Reporting within the Governance & Risk Services team, you'll work across the organisation to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient and more customer-focused ways of working. From frontline services to corporate processes, you'll analyse how things are done today and help design practical, achievable improvements for tomorrow.
You'll partner with leaders and teams to:
* Review and analyse business processes and service delivery models
* Define future-state improvements that balance value, cost and risk
* Support both manual and system-based process enhancements
* Embed continuous improvement thinking across the organisation
* Your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for residents, businesses and community users across the Maranoa region.
