The role of Account Manager requires delivering our growth plan through excellent management of customers and execution of commercial Joint Business Plans.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering Results
* Leads Annual Planning Cycle
* Excellent forecasting skills across all metrics: depletions, shipments, trade spend.
* Regular audits and reviews of distributor customer performance vs. agreed commercial scorecard, holding customers to account and agreeing action plans to close gaps.
* Achieving entrepreneurial and creative mindset to deliver interventions that over-achieve KPIs while closing any risks to plan.
* Agreeing Joint Business Plans (JBP) which deliver long-term, sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
Deliver P&L with exceptional control of volume, price, marketing investment, Trade Spend, & margin mix through successful negotiation and long-term planning.
