**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Data entry and processing of customer sales orders, daily via Microsoft Dynamics.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- Engaging with customers regarding feedback/queries on service and installation.
- Help with administrative duties, including database management and returns.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and loves to be a part of a strong organisational culture, in a tight-knit team. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal) and have a proactive, "can-do" attitude while having exceptional organisational skills. You will be available to work in an office workplace 5 days per week. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continually busy for the duration of the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours.
