The Opportunity

fixed-term contract

As the
Clinical Nurse Manager
, you'll provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the facility, ensuring safe, person-centred, and culturally appropriate care for all residents. You'll manage a committed team of nurses and care staff while fostering continuous improvement and upholding the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers.
* Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Manage data collection and reporting for
NQIP (National Aged Care Quality Indicators Program)
.
* Ensure culturally safe and inclusive care practices that honour and respect Aboriginal Elders.
* Collaborate closely with residents, families, GPs, and Allied Health professionals.
* Promote a workplace culture focused on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a compassionate and confident leader who brings clinical excellence and a strong commitment to person-centred care. You value cultural diversity, enjoy working in a community setting, and are ready to relocate to Katherine, NT for this exciting leadership opportunity.
Essential Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration
as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience
in aged care, acute, or chronic care settings.
* Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Service Manager, or Clinical Nurse Manager
in residential aged care.
* Strong understanding of NQIP
data reporting and compliance.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a team of RNs and PCWs.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
* Willingness to
relocate to Katherine, NT
for the duration of the contract.
