Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical foundation in wastewater treatment processes, ideally backed by operational experience at treatment plants.
* Confident leadership skills, preferably with experience managing remote staff and motivating others toward shared goals.
* Ability to review data, interpret reports, and craft clear, insightful findings independently.
* Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Word, and Excel to effectively communicate results and track improvements.
* Experience in managing a safe workplace for remote workers is desirable.
* Adaptability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing space.
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant Scientific or Engineering field.
