About The Role
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
* Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication
* Follow personalised support and health plans
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs
* Report concerns and changes in condition promptly
About You
* Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
* Experience working in in-home care
* Strong communication and boundary setting
* NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
