Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve membership growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
* Direct and manage all aspects of sales functions, including quoting activity and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other external partners.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising campaigns that drive sales.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in direct or group sales, account management, and health plan management.
* Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and processes.
* Supervisory experience is required.
* Ohio Health License is mandatory.
