About the Role
The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of company activities within a designated area. This involves providing support to Sales teams, managing routine maintenance schedules, and coordinating repairs with customers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities - Field
* Minimize call-outs through proactive maintenance and asset management.
* Meet routine contracted maintenance targets.
* Reduce unit shutdown time by proactively ordering and estimating repairs for the Sales team.
* Coordinate and complete all repair work with customers and subcontractors in your area.
* Grow your business by fostering strong customer relationships and trust.
* Ensure compliance with safety requirements through regular Field Audits and subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities - Office
* Manage routine maintenance schedules to guarantee adherence to contracted obligations.
* Deliver and execute repairs, budget, and new business targets within your designated area.
* Procure parts, raise Purchase Orders (POs), and receive orders for all parts/equipment within your area.
* Promptly address customer needs and concerns, achieving positive outcomes.
* Attend customer meetings and provide technical expertise as required.
* Proactively collaborate with 3rd party consultants during tender walkthroughs and consultants' reports.
* Support Sales teams on new equipment tenders, modernization projects, and service repair initiatives.
* Provide regular updates on your area to management.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance business outcomes both internally and externally.
This role requires an NSW Electrical license, trade qualifications as an Electrician/Fitter/Mechanic, and additional studies in Electronics. A solid understanding of IT capabilities and experience leading teams are also essential. Additionally, you should possess a current driver's license with a good driving record, demonstrated business acumen skills, and the ability to effectively support Sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with experience in end-to-end project management, influencing, and negotiation, are highly valued.
