We are seeking a highly skilled Ships Agency Operations Manager to lead our operations in Newcastle, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth and excellence by effectively managing resources and processes.
* Plan, deliver and achieve cost savings through proactive measures.
* Implement and optimize operational procedures, ensuring seamless prefunding, approval processes and account production.
* Work independently in the office, ports and onboard vessels to coordinate port calls while being part of a collaborative team.
* Liaise with clients, authorities, crews and vendors to develop strong local and industry networks.
* Stay abreast of new business opportunities, port activities and regulation changes.
