Job Overview

This Financial Planning Manager role is a critical position in site delivery requiring DIDO/FIFO or relocation. Key responsibilities include providing a strong focus on cost trending and forecasting, establishing and monitoring project baseline budgets, producing regular end of month cost reports, maintaining risk registers to include change impacts, monitoring and reporting on cost actuals vs budget, and liaison with the Project Cost Manager for compiling and submitting client progress claims.

Note that this is a physically demanding role which requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require travel throughout the region.


Key Qualifications

* Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial, engineering, finance or similar
* Minimum 5 years practical experience on major infrastructure projects
* Demonstrated experience with cost management tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, JDE)
* Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Strong conflict resolution skills, coupled with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
