We're looking for someone reliable, organised, and motivated who wants to build a long-term career in construction and site management.
This role is primarily focused on tile removal and demolition projects through Perth Tile Removal, with some involvement across other brands within Gia's Trade Group where required.
You'll be responsible for helping manage crews, attending sites daily, meeting clients, completing site measures, supporting quotes, and keeping jobs organised and moving properly.
This is not an office role. You'll be on-site, dealing with people, solving problems, and making sure jobs run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting pre-start meetings with clients
* Completing site measures for quotes
* Managing and supporting site crews
* Monitoring job progress and quality
* Completing final inspections after jobs
* Assisting with quotations and scopes of work
* Managing tools, vehicles, and equipment
* Communicating with clients and office staff
* Keeping sites organised and running efficiently

Experience Required
