What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow established client accounts across Insurance and Wealth Management
* Nurture candidate networks and deliver exceptional talent solutions
* Develop new business opportunities and become a trusted industry partner
* Represent Fuse at networking and industry events — we’ll even support your attendance with entertainment allowances and sponsorships
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Financial Services, Wealth, or Insurance)
* A consultative mindset, strong relationship skills, and a passion for people
* Drive to achieve results, build networks, and grow a desk with autonomy
