With a long and proud history of creating places that meet the needs of their very happy customers, an exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team.
The Role
Assisting the Administration Manager and Centre Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the shopping centre management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Coordinate with tenants and vendors, including managing contracts, agreements, and invoices.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Assist with event planning and coordination.
* Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in the property management or retail industry is a plus.
