About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Triage Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have advanced administration experience, strong data entry accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The officer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff members as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions;
* Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner;
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
